Job Description
Penn Tool is looking to expand our outside sales force at our Ann Arbor, MI location. This location has established customers as well as opportunities for growth. Penn Tool is an employee-owned company focused on serving various industrial markets. This includes contractors and companies working in the power, oil, paper and chemical industries. We are looking for self-driven employees who want to be successful through building long-lasting relationships with their customers
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Perform outside sales/customer request responsibilities by in-person visits, telephone, and e-mail.
Identify and establish contact with potential customers
Provide key support to customer requests related to pricing, delivery, and technical issues.
Communicate with the branch office.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6:00 a.m. start time.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Clean driving record
Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Reliable and good work ethic
