The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth across distributor networks and directly with fleets for Company in the Automotive industry. The role is focused on new business generation, distributor enablement, and expanding the adoption of Jaltest Diagnostics in the Western U.S.
Requirements
5+ years of sales or business development experience in the heavy-day/commercial vehicle industry in MidWest Region.
Proven success in a territory sales role, including account growth and new business acquisition.
Comfortable with high travel requirements (~75%) on a regional level in OHIO
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling diagnostic tools, telematics, maintenance software, or technical equipment.
Strong familiarity with truck dealerships, independent service networks, parts distributors, and fleets in OHIO.

Build and execute a regional growth plan.
Train distributor reps on Jaltest value and drive product adoption.
Perform Jaltest demos and ROI discussions with fleets and shops.

Coordinate with Technical Support, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
