Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated individual with proven sales experience and a strong drive to succeed.
A real estate license and prior real estate experience are not required; however, sales experience is essential.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, builds trust quickly, and excels at creating win win solutions. We are looking for driven, down to earth professionals who value relationships and communicate with confidence and integrity.
This is a full time, remote inside sales position. You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills, along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of something great and grow with us long term. If you change jobs frequently, this role is not a good fit.
Leads are provided by us. You will reach out to sellers, build relationships, qualify opportunities, and do what you do best.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to homeowners who are interested in selling and secure signed purchase contracts.
Learn and understand real estate concepts, including property values, contracts, repairs, and transaction processes.
Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
Consistently follow up and work assigned leads while also being motivated to generate outside business.
Build rapport quickly with homeowners and provide a positive, helpful experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and text.
Demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic, and a positive mindset.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Adapt quickly, multitask efficiently, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Is coachable and willing to learn and follow proven systems and processes.
Is a self-starter who takes ownership of their role and results.
Is detail oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
Has a minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
Does not require real estate experience, although it is a plus.
Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Growth • Commission-based role with a recoverable base that activates during months with no closings
• Realistic annual earnings typically range from $100K–$130K based on performance
• No income cap, earnings are directly tied to deals closed
• Performance bonuses and growth opportunities
