Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience. This role is focused on existing customers and inbound opportunities only—there is no cold calling. The position combines inside sales with account support and works closely with operations to manage orders, quotes, and customer communication. This is a fully on-site role in our Anaheim office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support existing customer accounts and inbound sales inquiries
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities
Communicate with customers primarily via email, with some phone calls as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order entry, and delivery
Maintain customer and sales data in ERP systems
Provide ongoing account support and respond to customer needs in a timely manner
Support sales reporting and internal documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
Inside sales or account support experience preferred
Packaging industry experience highly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience working with ERP or order management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Work Environment
Fully on-site at our Anaheim office (no remote or hybrid)
