Commercial Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing Territory:
Northern VA | Maryland | West Virginia | Delaware | Pennsylvania We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing
repair and maintenance
business. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and long-term stability. Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Maintain relationships with existing clients Inspect roofs, identify issues, and propose repair solutions Track opportunities and activity in RoofScope Meet or exceed sales goals Requirements
3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience Construction or building services experience preferred Ability to access rooftops and job sites Valid driver’s license What We Offer
Base salary starting at 60K annual+ performance commissions with the potential of six figures OTE Vehicle allowance and company phone Health insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, STD and Supplemental Insurance Accessibility
