is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sales Counselor to join our team! This position is responsible for driving occupancy through individual sales performance to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the Community. The Sales Counselor focuses on lead management, providing personalized tours, maintaining relationships and working collaboratively with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and promote the community's offerings. Position works full-time/40 hours/week primarily Monday-Friday but requires flexibility to work around customer and community schedules including evenings and weekends. Pay range: $33.50 - $40.20/hr + commissions per move-in and occupancy-based bonus Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ match and much much more! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Sales Counselor: Conducts experiences (tours) of the community to demonstrate how the community can meet the specific needs of the customer by providing a personal experience. Clearly articulates fee structures in a manner that reflects the benefits of prospective residents' choices. Identify and participate in marketing events, open houses and special activities to promote the community. Provide personalized, compassionate, and professional support to prospective residents and families during the decision-making process. Prepares reports and tracks sales metrics as directed. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred At least 2 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience required, preferably in senior living, healthcare or hospitality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn other business related software Must possess current and valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and conduct presentations Positive, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to assist seniors and their families The Community embraces a culture of hospitality.
