Responsibilities
Lead Generation: You will build a steady stream of prospects through networking and canvassing
Field Inspections: You will be on roofs daily, documenting damage and talking to homeowners
Closing: You will present solutions and get contracts signed in the field
Pipeline Speed: You will manage your own leads and move them forward with urgency
Candidate Profile
You are comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
You move fast and hate being slowed down by micromanagement
You have a valid license and a vehicle that can get you around the Austin area
You want a role where your paycheck is a direct reflection of your effort
The Compensation
$120k-$300k+ annual potential
Performance-based commissions + bonuses
