Position Overview
Join the Exectras team as a Partner Success Associate, a key member of our inside sales organization. Based at our Sugar Land Town Square headquarters, this role offers a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on driving results and delivering exceptional partner engagement.
You will engage and qualify opportunities generated through Exectras’ network of strategic partners—including associations, referral partners, and acquired merchant portfolios. Your work directly supports business development initiatives and ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales teams.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to inbound and referred leads
Schedule myExectras demo appointments for Corporate Sales Representatives
Request and collect merchant services statements for analysis prior to demos
Accurately document all interactions and updates in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales team to ensure seamless hand-offs
Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach performance
Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing product training
Qualifications:
Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred (training provided)
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
Daily Activity Expectations:
50+ outbound calls per day (250 per week)
Schedule 2 new demos or collect 2 merchant statements per day (10 per week)
Work Environment:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: In-office (Sugar Land Town Square)
Dress Code: Business casual
