The Coach: Lead, train, and motivate a team of event and retail marketers to greatness.
The Strategist: Plan and execute high-performing events that generate qualified appointments.
The Connector: Build strong partnerships with venues and event organizers.
The Driver: Coach your team to crush KPIs, revenue goals, and performance standards.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of leadership/people management and 3–5 years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment.
Mindset: Motivated, accountable, and have a strong ownership mindset.
Flexibility: Comfortable working events, weekends, and traveling within the territory.
