This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Redondo Beach, CA. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth. The Associate will effectively communicate product value propositions, and provide input into business strategies to foster organizational growth and success. Collaboration with marketing team to achieve business development objectives is a primary expectation of the role. The Business Development Associate isresponsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads by contacting decision makers and confirming a need within the prospective organization for solutions in the Instant InfoSystems vendor portfolio. SQL’s will be generated from a combination of inbound activity from marketing efforts, research done by the BDA team, partner / vendor generated activity and any other prospects presented to IIS. This role reports to the head of marketing. Development of New Business Opportunities:

·Generate Sales Qualified Leads to help the company achieve its revenue goals; meet weekly and monthly goals for SQL’s with relentlessness determination and a “no mountain too high” attitude. ·Nurture prospects to build rapport and actively engage with potential clients, communicate our value, and build interest in our solutions, and uncover future opportunities. ·Identify and qualify opportunities; make a great first impression and build rapport with our future clients. Listen to their needs and confirm a sales timeline. ·Support and collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Client Success teams. ·Regularly re-engage and re-target your leadpipeline with persistence and tenacity. ·Solve prospect’s objections in order to establish meaningful and dynamic conversations with key decision makers. ·Use a combination ofoutbound calls, emails, sales enablement tools, LinkedIn, and other tools to increase the sales opportunity pipeline. Support of Lead Generation Activities:

·Coordinate and grow SQL generation and lead nurturing programs; Ensure all SQL’s fit within the company ICP. ·Oversee lead tracking and provide reporting of all activities. ·Analyze and execute strategies based on key marketing metrics to prioritize the likelihood of creating SQL’s. ·Provide support for marketing campaigns by creating collateral to supplement campaigns (web posting, draft copywriting, proofreading, production, and tracking as required). ·Coordinate outbound communications and identify SQL opportunities (email blasts, subscriber lists/CRM database, webinars). Provide administrative support to marketing, sales and other department heads as needed. In order to succeed in this position, applicants must have:

·A minimum of 1 year of outreach and lead nurturing experience in B2B services and/or technology. ·Strong interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate with BDA team as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. ·Outstanding phone personality and high degree of comfort with cold outreach. ·Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. ·Winning mentality and team player. ·Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment. ·Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microsoft CRM, Salesloft or similar sales enablement tools; experience with social media outreach toolsis a plus. ·Superior organizational skills: extremely detail oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. ·Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. ·An entrepreneurial spirit: willing and able to take initiative, self-motivate, and work in a flexible and fast-paced environment. ·A desire to grow professionally, take on new/additional responsibilities, be part of a close-knit and energetic team, participate, and have fun along the way.
