Business Development Representative Reports to:

VP of Business Development About the role: Business Development Representative will act as the liaison between our Marketing & Sales teams. Primary responsibility will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationship with potential customers. As a Business Development Representative with Harmony, you will: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements: You will be successful in this role if you: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Key skills we hope you have: BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field Knowledge of social and cultural influences that impact mental health Maintain all licenses and certifications as required of the position Treat others with respect, inspire trust in your work, and uphold organization mission, values, and vision Proficient in the English language, both in writing and speaking and able to communicate clearly to staff, clients, families, and other healthcare professionals Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
