Overview

Our in-house video studio is looking for a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our growing creative team. We are seeking someone with strong technical expertise, excellent design sense, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-quality motion graphics for explainer-style videos, infographic videos, training content, and other corporate communication materials. Create polished animations using Adobe After Effects with high efficiency and accuracy. Design visual assets, scene layouts, and graphic elements using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Edit video content—such as interviews, training videos, and marketing materials—using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition. Collaborate closely with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time with consistent quality. Contribute to improving production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in motion design or related fields. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects—able to produce clean, professional, and dynamic animations with ease. Strong graphic design skills with mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Solid video editing and audio editing experience using Adobe Premiere and Audition. Experience producing explainer videos, infographic-style animations, or training video content. Strong attention to detail, excellent discipline, and the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines. A positive attitude and proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Preferred

Experience working with corporate or enterprise environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
