Role Overview MELT is seeking a Creative Designer to help shape how we and our clients show up visually across digital platforms, campaigns, and live experiences. This is a hands-on, digital-first role for a designer who can concept, design, and execute compelling creative, with a strong emphasis on motion, video, and social.

You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, social, production, and experiential teams to translate ideas into visuals that don’t just look good but perform, scale, and execute in the real world.

What You’ll Do Concept & Design

Concept and design digital-first creative across:

Social (Reels, carousels, static)

Video (short-form, sizzle, recap)

Campaign and experiential extensions

Lead visual direction for:

Brand campaigns

Event and experiential marketing

Sports, entertainment, and NIL-related work

Video & Motion

Design and edit short-form video optimized for social platforms

Support motion-forward storytelling across campaigns and experiences

Collaboration & Execution

Collaborate with strategy, social, and production teams to bring ideas to life visually

Oversee creative execution from concept through final delivery

Maintain visual consistency while adapting creative for platform-specific needs

Create scalable design systems that work across platforms, markets, and campaigns

Innovation & Craft

Utilize emerging

AI creative tools

to enhance ideation, speed, and execution—without sacrificing craft

Stay current on design, motion, and cultural trends to keep MELT’s work fresh and relevant

What We’re Looking For

2-4 years of experience in creative design, art direction, or digital creative production (agency experience preferred)

A strong portfolio demonstrating:

Digital-first thinking

Motion and video work

Social and experiential creative

Proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)

Figma and/or Canva (for speed, collaboration, and systemized design)

Strong understanding of how creative performs across platforms

Experience designing for social, video, and live experiences

Comfortable moving fast in a dynamic environment without sacrificing quality

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points

Experience in sports, entertainment, experiential, or cultural marketing

Familiarity with creator and influencer content

Experience directing shoots or collaborating with production teams

Advanced use of AI tools for creative exploration, automation, or workflow optimization
