Role Description This is a full-time customer facing on-site role located in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for acting as a brand ambassador at various events, engaging with potential customers, promoting brand awareness, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with event attendees, answering questions about our clients products or services, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in events or promotions is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
