We\'re seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator who is excited to support a fast-moving team and make a real impact. In this role, you will help keep our programs and processes running smoothly by managing tools and workflows, researching trends in PR, journalism and tech, supporting events and helping launch new marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in marketing and communications, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn. You must be a clear, concise communicator with strong research and writing skills. You will report to the Senior Communications Manager and collaborate closely with the full Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Support communications team with research and reporting
Assist in drafting copy for campaigns
Manage company swag inventory and systems
Update internal announcements and press pages
Monitor and manage press inbox
Contribute ideas for social and design assets
Provide administrative support for events
Organize marketing team meetings and activities
Track media coverage and maintain media lists
Escalate media coverage issues appropriately
Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in marketing or PR
SaaS experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and problem-solve
Experience with team collaboration
Familiarity with marketing metrics
