Partner with RM teams to improve lead management systems, pricing tools, and sales reporting capabilities.
Develop and maintain tools that streamline pipeline tracking and opportunity management.
Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and adoption of sales tools.
Performance Measurement
Design and implement a balanced scorecard to measure team and individual performance.
Monitor performance and partner with teams to ensure accuracy of KPI reporting, provide actionable insights to leadership and RM teams.
Develop and manage dynamic Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time insights on sales performance, pipeline trends, and balanced scorecard metrics.
Oversee pipeline reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze pipeline trends to inform resource allocation and sales strategies.
Training & Development
Lead ongoing RM training programs focused on sales best practices, tools, and market insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Market & Segment Analysis
Conduct market and segment analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
Deliver strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Job Qualifications/Requirements Education/Credentials
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
Prior Experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years in Commercial Banking, Strategy, or Sales Enablement roles
Experience serving in a Chief of Staff or critical Project Management role in a large, complex, and matrixed company.
2+ years of experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles, and influence appropriately.
Skills
Proven ability to manage projects and activities in cross-functional team environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
