
RMH Systems, one of the largest material handling, packaging, robotics, and industrial scale integrators in the Midwest, is currently seeking a well-organized and self-motivated Marketing CRM/Campaign Specialist.
The primary objective for this role is to support the execution and optimization of RMH Systems’ marketing initiatives by managing CRM-driven campaigns, tracking performance, and supporting lead generation and conversion efforts. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, and Sales team to help promote RMH Systems’ integrated equipment systems, services, and solutions while improving marketing effectiveness and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.
This position requires flexibility, collaboration, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. The CRM / Campaign Specialist will work across both sales and marketing CRM systems and must be comfortable coordinating efforts, aligning data, and supporting shared goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, and Sales team to support integrated marketing and lead generation initiatives across all RMH Systems divisions.
The CRM / Campaign Specialist should seek process improvements, support new marketing and sales technologies, and encourage collaboration across teams. Staying updated on industry best practices to ensure RM H Systems remains competitive and delivers value to customers.
Execute and optimize CRM and marketing automation campaigns, including email campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages, to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment across CRM systems, supporting accurate lead flow, lifecycle management, and reporting.
Support lead generation efforts by managing segmentation, scoring, list creation, and lifecycle processes within CRM and marketing automation tools.
Build, manage, and maintain CRM lists and segments using Excel and CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability to support targeted campaigns and reporting.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance using CRM analytics tools and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), identifying insights and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives related to campaign performance, engagement, and lead conversion.
Assist with the creation, updating, and maintenance of marketing content, including emails, landing pages, blogs, and campaign assets, ensuring consistency with brand and campaign goals.
Conduct research on marketing trends, tools, competitors, and campaign performance to inform future marketing initiatives and improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives, sales strategies, and customer needs.
Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety practices of the organization when completing work assignments.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required, or working towards this.
2–4 years of experience working with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms.
Hands‑on experience executing campaigns within a CRM environment.
Experience tracking and analyzing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including list creation, data organization, and basic analysis.
Comfort working with data across multiple systems with attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to work across both sales and marketing teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and willingness to wear multiple hats.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, collaborative, and can‑do attitude.
Experience in industrial automation, material handling, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Pay Pay is based on experience. $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
