
What you’ll be doing
This position will provide essential support to the Marketing team during a period of sustained increased workload driven by multiple high-impact initiatives. This temporary role is critical to maintaining momentum, ensuring continuity, and supporting timely execution of marketing projects that exceed the capacity of the standard short-term assignment timeframe.
You will be responsible for…
Support planning and execution of large-scale marketing and communications initiatives
Develop written and visual content aligned with brand standards and project goals
Create and publish content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Assist with marketing support for business events such as groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings
Capture, edit, and produce video and photo content for digital channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Provide capacity relief during peak workload periods to reduce strain on core staff
Perform related duties as required
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or closely related field
Experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or digital media
Strong writing and visual content creation skills
Experience using content creation tools such as
Canva (preferred), Adobe Express, CapCut, or Premiere Rush
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Video filming and editing experience
Interest in storytelling, business, and local economic development
