
Business Development Representative (BDR+)

Reports to: Director of Business Development

About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated, curious, organized BDR to help us grow new business across our target markets. This role is responsible for generating new meetings, cold outreach, first touches, and supporting light marketing/campaign workflows in Hubspot. This is an outbound heavy role with a creative, research-driven mindset. You’ll work closely with account managers and our leadership team to fill the top of the funnel and accelerate new logo growth.
The Business Development Representative The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, research and early-stage customer engagement. This role supports top-of-funnel growth by identifying prospects, setting qualified meetings, and supporting light marketing and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling, outbound emailing, and LinkedIn research daily
Build target account list and sequence inHubspotand Salesforce
Set qualified introductory meetings for field sales representatives
Executesimple marketing workflows and outbound campaigns
Prepare pre-call briefs and discovery summaries for sales representatives
Attendselectcustomer calls for learning & development
Maintainclean andaccuratedata in SalesforceCRM
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support outreach initiatives
