Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Below are some of the duties that will be performed...
Review and correct order file status report, transfer order file for routing Notify customers or sales reps of item "outs" Ensure COAs and Spec sheets are provided to Customers Daily invoicing and credit memos Credit and Collections, Answer calls and direct to appropriate person Research customer and sales inquiries Filing Providing Vacation relief to sales reps Needs experience with spreadsheet software, word processing and 10 key
