Position Overview The Data Entry Specialist for MI Business Operations plays a vital role in the FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) Medical Informatics (MI) team. This position is integral in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to customer support contracts and associated assets across our enterprise systems. You'll work diligently to keep agreements, renewals, and asset records current, facilitating effective billing, reporting, and service delivery. Your detail-oriented approach will be essential as you coordinate with operations, finance, and service teams. You will report directly to the Manager, MI Operations. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Input and update support contract data in enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), or contract management systems. Establish, link, and uphold customer asset records under support contracts, ensuring accuracy in relationships between serial numbers, product IDs, and contract specifics. Confirm contract dates, coverage details, and entitlements for every asset. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data alignment between contracts, service records, and billing systems. Process contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and terminations according to established procedures. Work collaboratively with operations to address and resolve discrepancies in asset or contract data. Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records in adherence to company data governance policies. Create reports and dashboards to support key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, including contract coverage rates and active asset counts. Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing data quality and integration related to contracts and assets. Manage and respond to email inquiries in shared mailboxes promptly. Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data management, or a related area. 2+ years of experience in data entry, contract administration, or asset management (familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow is preferred). Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce is advantageous. Proven ability to manage high volumes of work effectively, particularly during peak periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Good understanding of service support agreements, warranties, and renewal processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise data systems. Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high data quality. Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with support contract lifecycle processes, including renewals, expirations, and coverage validation. Experience managing equipment or software asset records within enterprise asset management or configuration databases. Basic understanding of subscription or service revenue recognition terms. Physical Requirements: This role involves the following physical demands: Sitting for 75-100% of the work time. Using hands and fingers for prolonged periods, including keyboard typing for up to 100% of work time. Standing, talking, and hearing for 75% of the work time. Lifting and carrying up to ten pounds for up to 20% of work time. Close vision capability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
