Retail Commission Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry, Burbank Town Center - Flex Location: Burbank, CA, United States Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating welcoming shopping experiences. Demonstrate expert product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit tastes, preferences, and budgets. Promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and assist with special events. Ensure security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise; work with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and active use of the clientele program. Qualifications
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality 1-2 years of related experience required Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and create a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience Drive sales and operational excellence using product knowledge, vendor training/events, POS tools, stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance Maintain an organized and shoppable space; use clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches; participate in sales events Achieve daily sales goals and meet Client and Protection plan goals Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for extended periods; lifting at least 25lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to perform job functions and process transactions What We Can Offer You
