Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Entry Writer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Customs Entry Writer will handle customs documentation, ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments, and manage compliance with import and export regulations. Key responsibilities include verifying shipment details, maintaining communication with clients and customs authorities, ensuring documentation accuracy, and assisting with any customs-related inquiries or issues. Qualifications
Experience with customs documentation, entry filing, and compliance with import/export regulations Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and organizational skills Effective communication and customer service skills for liaising with clients, customs officials, and other stakeholders Proficiency in logistics platforms and relevant technologies; familiarity with Neolink is a plus Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in a fast-paced industry Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous Knowledge of applicable government regulations and import/export compliance is beneficial Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
