Role We are looking for a Account Service Associate to join our team Nationwide!
Summary Works under direct supervision of the Regional Account Manager. Provides national support to Independent agents and handles servicing requests for the Account Management team and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provides sales support by prequalifying new business and requests additional information in order to complete submission
Manages combined book of new and renewal accounts for Independent agents
Provides account management support to Independent agents with no dedicated assignment by region, agency or PIC representative.
Responsible for reviewing binding conditions to ensure all are met prior and processes bind orders
Provides servicing support for Account Management throughout the policy term for all agency types
Reviews renewal documentation received through DocuSign and requests additional information needed for underwriting review
Responsible for management of Producer Hierarchy and contacts for assigned agencies including managing policy changes on new and renewal business due to agency acquisitions.
Works within a scalable team to handle book rolls, acquisitions, or other service requests as required
Assists with Independent agent questions about PHLY.com to increase use of self service options
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum on 1 year of account management or industry experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
National Range - $51,800 - 57,900
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location
