Job Description
Deep South Heavy Equipment is seeking an Inside Equipment and Forklift Sales Representative for Shreveport, LA.
Responsibilities
Managing internal customer sales inquiries up to and including completing the sale.
Process all light construction sales orders for the branch.
Assist all outside branch sales representatives in overall machine efforts.
Requirements
Candidate must be well organized, a self-starter with good people skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of the equipment/construction industry, as well as construction machinery and its applications, by our customers.
Excellent financial math skills.
Computer savvy.
Must have excellent written communication skills.
Ability to quickly change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible to work outside standard hours to meet customers’ needs.
Experience in a sales-related field preferred.
Must be a high school graduate, Marketing degree preferred.
