Job Description
KAJUAL Dispensary provides the cleanest, most reliable Hemp products to enhance our customers wellness and lifestyle. We are a local Virginia based hemp company focused on becoming a large-scale production and distribution network for all alternative cannabinoids in the Virginia and NC market.
We are recruiting ambitious, self-motivated, and talented Outside Sales Representatives in the Virginia and North Carolina region to support our growing line of THCA products.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals
Visit smoke shops, vape shops, and convenience stores in various markets
Build relationships to create partner stores for brand promotion of new products
Conduct brand/product promotion with distributors.
Set up materials at a booth and talk to customers about the products and brand
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, manage client relationships, increase revenue and profitability
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, improve customer experience, and find more revenue-generating opportunities
Work with others collectively to improve the sales process
CRM experience
Requirements
Experience in outside, door-to-door or cold calling sales is preferred.
1 years of sales experience is preferred
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
