RMA Sales, a locally owned company serving Hawai‘i since 1961, is looking for a motivated, career-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We proudly represent high-quality architectural products, building materials, and residential/commercial windows and doors across the islands—and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with contractors, architects, government agencies, dealers, and homeowners
Provide accurate product knowledge - details, specifications, and pricing
Prepare quotes, generate sales orders, and manage customer transactions
Collaborate with a knowledgeable, friendly team
Represent a respected company known for quality and service

hat We Are Looking For
Prior inside/outside sales experience
Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Solid basic math skills (fractions/decimals)
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Proficient with Word, Excel, and general computer systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and reliable
Building industry knowledge a plus
Blueprint reading and take-off experience a bonus
