
Overview
Sage is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to manage and grow existing client relationships for our Sage HRMS product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by driving renewals, expanding account usage through add-on sales and upgrades, and supporting customer transitions to Sage cloud solutions—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will use a consultative, value-driven approach to strengthen product adoption, increase utilization, and identify opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, and connected services. You’ll also bring a customer-success mindset to every interaction, helping guide customers through key renewal touchpoints. This includes monitoring customer and partner performance and collaborating across the organization to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
Revenue Generation - Meet or exceed 100% of the assigned individual revenue targets
Pipeline Management - Utilize customer relationship management tools to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, target close dates, sales potential, and close probabilities.
Professional Selling Environment - Achieve established revenue, productivity goals, training, and performance objectives in a professional inside sales environment.
Relationship Building – Build and cultivate relationships with channel partners and customers to increase renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
