Asphalt Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

Invictus Northwest Group

Greater Seattle area

Pay:

$20/hr base + $50 commission per sale + performance bonuses

Schedule:

9 am to 5 pm

About the Role Invictus Northwest Group is hiring motivated, outgoing Sales Representatives to support our growing asphalt division. This is a face-to-face sales role where you’ll connect with commercial, institutional, and multi-property sites, assess needs, and help them book asphalt services such as paving, repairs, and maintenance.

This is a field-based, face-to-face role ideal for confident communicators who want to earn strong commissions while helping organizations maintain safe, high-quality surfaces.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and engage commercial, institutional, and multi-unit properties

Speak with decision-makers such as property managers, site supervisors, and facility staff

Introduce Invictus’ asphalt services including paving, patching, resurfacing, and maintenance

Qualify opportunities and submit leads through a simple digital system

Represent a premium, trusted brand with professionalism

Track leads, appointments, and submitted opportunities

Collaborate with the sales and operations team to close deals

Compensation & Incentives

$20/hr guaranteed base pay

$50 commission per approved sale

$500 weekly bonus for 10 qualified sales

Team training overrides & territory bonuses

Daily and weekly performance incentives

Top performers earn $35–$60/hr equivalent

What We’re Looking For

Confident, professional communicator

Comfortable engaging business decision-makers

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Sales or B2B experience is an asset (not required)

Able to walk and work outdoors per shift

Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s licence

Reliable personal vehicle required
