We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue through strategic, customer-focused selling.
Job Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new business, maintaining key relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—using our internal systems to track performance and deliver tailored solutions to customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Leads & Prospect:
Actively identify and reach out to new prospects via cold calling, email, and social selling to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling presentations and demos of DriverSource's products/services, highlighting value propositions and addressing customer needs.
Close Deals:
Negotiate contracts, price points, and terms to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.
CRM Utilization:
Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities within Zoho.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position our offerings.
Collaborate:
Partner with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years of proven, direct B2B or B2C sales experience.
Track Record:
Documented success in achieving or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
Technology:
Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Mindset:
Self‑motivated, resilient, and goal‑oriented, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field, or commensurate experience.
Experience in Transportation helpful.
Experience in the staffing industry is preferred but not required.
