Leading industrial repair company seeking self-motivated individual to join sales team!!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue.
Hunter mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts which is critical to building a sales pipeline
Go on plant visits from time to time to see production facility
Build strong relationships using personality and sales skills to sell their services and provide solutions to their clients.
Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirements
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads.
Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reporting
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with sales team to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients.
Stay current with industry trends and needs
Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-Motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to perform duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced always changing environment
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
High level of energy and a commitment to excellence
Team player
Coachable and always willing to learn
