We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Service Account Coordinator

to support client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and clients, helping maintain strong relationships, accurate records, and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and motivated to grow within a structured professional environment. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary support contact for assigned service accounts Coordinate daily account activities and service requests Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and reports Monitor service timelines and ensure commitments are met Communicate clearly with internal departments to support account needs Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and service updates Support account reviews and ongoing service improvements Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach Proficiency with basic office tools and systems Additional Information
