PACE Supply’s San Jose, CA branch is thriving and growing, and we’re seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our successful team. What You’ll Do: As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, building relationships and driving sales. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Outside Sales associates to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Delivering personalized customer service through timely quotations/submittals and accurate sales orders.
Coordinating deliveries with the warehouse and addressing customer inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
Managing accounts, completing administrative duties, and maintaining accurate records of products sold.
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to support branch growth.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a cohesive team environment. Ideal candidates will have:
Previous sales or customer service experience (warehouse, plumbing, or forklift experience is a plus but not required).
Ability to handle customer phone calls, walk-in customers, and email orders efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Outlook and data entry.
A customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred; any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills qualifies.
