Role Description We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us. In this role, you’ll receive training from top sales pros and 1-on-1 mentorship to build your skills and confidence. You’ll get coaching in sales techniques, client communication, claims, and contracts, and learn how to conduct roof inspections and navigate insurance claims.
What You’ll Do
Learn and apply effective sales and negotiation strategies to close jobs
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the sales process
Use CRM and technology tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
Build confidence, adaptability, and resilience in the field
Gain industry insights and tools that help you close more jobs
Key Responsibilities
Assess roofs and damage in the field
Educate homeowners and close deals
Inform homeowners about the insurance process
Manage your territory and schedule independently
Represent our brand professionally with integrity
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently close jobs and handle client discussions.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset, able to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities effectively.
Ability to learn and apply industry insights, including roof inspection basics and insurance claim knowledge.
Adaptable, resilient, and coachable — ready to grow through mentorship, feedback, and field experience.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to develop confidence and success in the field.
Prior experience in roofing or construction sales is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer locations
