Position Summary:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be an integral strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives. This role requires building strong partnerships with leaders across the organization, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and successfully implementing impactful HR strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with leadership to craft and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Business Strategy:

Provide valuable insights and recommendations informed by deep business knowledge and understanding of organizational dynamics. Talent Management:

Spearhead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Employee Relations:

Offer expert guidance on complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management cycle including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning. Organizational Development:

Identify and address organizational needs related to change management, team dynamics, and leadership growth. Data Analysis:

Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and assess the success of HR initiatives. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. Project Management:

Lead and contribute to HR projects, ensuring effective execution and timely completion. Travel:

Occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training, or conferences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 9 years of HR experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role or Center of Excellence. Preferred Skills: MBA or a Master's in Organizational Development. SHRM certification. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects. Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and organizational strategies. Strong leadership qualities and ability to influence across various levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality. Compensation and Benefits:

The expected salary for this role ranges from $148,000 to $177,000, dependent on experience, education, and other factors. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, employee stock purchasing options, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
