The Inside Sales Representative – Insource is responsible for consistently achieving 100% of Sales and Gross Profit goals. This will be accomplished by calling a minimum of 80% of the assigned territory during each call cycle and utilizing a consultative sales approach. This position will negotiate competitive pricing within established limits or contracts, re-engage with inactive accounts, and ensure customers are satisfied by addressing their post-sale questions and concerns. This role will be focused on driving sales growth through promotional campaigns and fostering strong customer relationships.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:** Strong selling, customer service and negotiation skillsExcellent telephone etiquette with the ability to manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and email communications Ability to effectively answer inquiries and resolve disputes Ability to learn applicable computer systems Self motivated with the ability to work both independently with limited supervision, and to work as a contributor of a team**GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:** Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle complex issues Ability to plan and arrange activities Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and highly sensitive informationCapability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunitiesAbility to collaborate and build productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization **MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:** Typically, 4 or more years of related experience **PREFERRED EDUCATION:** Typically, High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training* Less than 10% travelThe schedule for this position is **Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST**.The posted wage for this position is $15.00 per hour which is the expected starting base salary.
