Seamless Flooring is seeking an experienced flooring sales professional to join our Las Vegas team. This role is not entry-level; strong flooring knowledge and prior sales experience are required.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing book of business
Prospect and develop new customer relationships
Sell flooring solutions to apartment communities, property managers, builders, and commercial clients
Accurately prepare and present flooring estimates and bids
Understand and explain flooring products (carpet, LVP, vinyl, tile, pad, etc.)
Follow up on bids and close sales
Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
Requirements (Must Have)
Proven flooring sales experience (required)
Strong understanding of flooring products, measurements, and bidding
Experience selling to multifamily, commercial, or residential customers
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
Self‑motivated, organized, and reliable
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Applicants without flooring industry experience will not be considered.
