Key Job Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach
Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Present, explain, and sell insurance products clearly and ethically
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details
Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding and policy servicing
