Job Description Outside Sales Consultant (Windows and Doors)

Earn $120K–$250K+ in your first year

You’ll work directly with the owners and sales director, not buried in corporate layers. We give you everything you need to succeed: a company truck, gas card, iPad, laptop, and a steady flow of qualified appointments at no cost to you.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home consultations and guide homeowners through options for replacement windows and doors

Educate customers on materials, design choices, and energy efficiency benefits

Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed quotes using company software

Follow up consistently and close sales both in person and over the phone

Participate in community events, shows, and local networking to build brand awareness

What It Takes to Succeed Here

Proven ability to close sales independently

Organized and detail-oriented with strong written communication skills

Consistent and persistent in follow-up after sales presentations

Comfortable using digital tools to stay on top of every lead

Coachable, curious, and open to new ways of improving results

Naturally competitive and driven to earn a high income

Customer-focused with strong listening and questioning skills to lead prospects to a decision
