Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will bring creative talent, strong design expertise, and proficiency in current design software to produce high-quality visual assets and promotional materials supporting the marketing efforts of Palmetto Bluff, including real estate, club, conservancy, and corporate initiatives.
This role collaborates closely with internal teams on concept development, creative strategy, and execution, while also coordinating with external vendors through the estimating, design, and production process. The Graphic Designer stays current on evolving design tools and technologies and identifies opportunities to enhance creative output across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and workload in alignment with the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Creative Director Meet with project and campaign owners to understand business objectives, creative requirements, and deliverables. Develop innovative design concepts while working within budget, brand, and timeline constraints. Produce marketing collateral and digital assets for new real estate listings (homesites, townhomes, and homes). Edit and enhance photography as needed to present properties in their best light. Design templates, display advertising, and digital campaign assets across multiple platforms. Create marketing materials supporting club amenities, events, and member communications. Provide design support for Palmetto Bluff Conservancy initiatives. Develop print and digital advertising for resale and referral programs. Design branded collateral, signage, promotional items, packaging, and sales touchpoints. Coordinate with print and production vendors on estimates, timelines, and final deliverables. Proofread and review work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output. Maintain and enforce brand standards across all creative materials. Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging design technologies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Portfolio required showcasing print and digital work. Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a standard office environment using typical office equipment. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision and hearing sufficient to read materials, work at a computer, and communicate effectively.
