Overview Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity and managed security services provider, is seeking

three experienced Regional Sales Representatives

to drive new business across the Northeast, Southeast, and West regions. This role is ideal for a consultative cybersecurity sales professional with a proven track record selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.

Must sit in their region and be accessible to visit clients and travel (if needed) .

Role Summary The Regional Sales Representative will own the

full sales cycle

and play a key role in expanding the client’s footprint within regulated and high-growth industries. This role requires a high-energy, consultative seller who can manage complex sales cycles, clearly articulate cybersecurity value, and engage with both technical and executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, IT Director, CEO, CFO, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from

prospecting through close

Develop and execute

territory and account plans

to meet or exceed revenue targets

Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Present and position cybersecurity services and platform solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders

Sell into regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and government-adjacent sectors

Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding, adoption, and expansion

Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and pipeline reporting

Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

5+ years

of cybersecurity sales experience

Proven success selling cybersecurity services and products, including SIEM, MDR, and endpoint security solutions

Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and SOC environments (IDS/IPS, log management, incident response, network/endpoint security)

Knowledge of compliance frameworks: HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, NYDFS, NIST

Demonstrated success selling into SMB, Mid-Market, and Small Enterprise segments

Ability to engage both technical teams and executive decision-makers

Self-motivated and effective in a remote work environment

Willingness to travel within assigned region

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

Starting at $85,000

Commission:

Uncapped; on-plan earnings expected to double base salary
