In-Home Sales Consultant
to help homeowners improve comfort and energy efficiency through insulation solutions. This is a flexible, commission-only role with strong earning potential for experienced consultative sales professionals. **
Job Description ** As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to evaluate their homes and recommend insulation solutions for attics, walls, and crawlspaces. You’ll educate customers, develop customized proposals, and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools. **
Responsibilities ** Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners Inspect attics, walls, and crawlspaces to assess insulation needs Recommend energy-efficiency and comfort solutions Present proposals and close sales in a consultative, customer-focused manner Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM software Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process **
Compensation & Benefits ** **
Commission-only position with uncapped earning potential ** **
Mileage reimbursement ** for sales call vehicle use **
Mobile phone reimbursement ** **
Flexible schedule ** **
Qualifications ** Experience with
in-home consultative sales
(home services preferred) Strong
written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in
attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Familiarity with
CRM tools and sales technology Reliable transportation. Vehicle must be able to transport a provided 6-ft ladder. Self-motivated and results-driven **
