The Inside Sales Account team drives growth for Nestlé Professional Solutions by managing customer accounts, executing sales initiatives, and partnering with sales teams to strengthen relationships and deliver a seamless customer experience for a portfolio of foodservice operators. The Inside Sales Representative contributes to the retention and growth of existing business and onboarding of new accounts through selling products, executing brand initiatives and promotions, distributing marketing and merchandising materials, setting up and onboarding new accounts, troubleshooting equipment, managing order logistics, and qualifying and converting lead generation through our CRM. Starting hours : The starting hours are between 6:00 am – 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time to support East Coast based customers. Responsibilities

Update account information, venue details, and program records in the customer management system with attention to detail and consistency. Respond to general customer inquiries with a focus on successful resolutions. Handle account requests, including setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims, driving results through efficient processes. Conduct proactive sales and support outreach calls by tier to drive results. Identify opportunities within the existing customer portfolio and implement sales tactics to ensure profitable and successful outcomes. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory or market segment to generate new product sales. Measure and report weekly sales activities to ensure KPIs and sales goals are met; analyze portfolio performance. Prepare and submit activity and results reports, including monthly and annual portfolio performance analysis, ensuring tracking and goal attainment. Manage designated beverage business leads by qualifying and converting them to support new business activation or disqualifying undesirable opportunities. Support monthly and annual sales goals by managing qualified CRM opportunities to closure. Participate in team calls and, when possible, in-person regional visits or market activity to foster collaboration. Experience

2+ years sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Location/Travel

The approximate pay range for this position is $65K–$75K. This range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Benefits
