Phoenix, AZ - Will consider Remote (US) for the right candidate

$140,000 base salary + uncapped commission ($210K first-year OTE)

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping IT, facilities, and data center operations professionals understand the safety, compliance, and operational benefits of our product offerings. You’ll be a trusted advisor—educating customers, leading demonstrations, and developing long-term partnerships across multiple industries including technology, finance, healthcare, and colocation services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of B2B sales experience (technical or capital equipment sales preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth through consultative selling
Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRM tools
Background in data center infrastructure, IT equipment, or facilities management preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new business with end-users across data center, IT, and facilities environments
Conduct product demonstrations and virtual/in-person training sessions that highlight safety and ROI benefits
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and activity tracking
Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align customer feedback with product development
Represent at trade shows, industry events, and webinars to increase visibility and generate new leads
Provide expert consultation on ergonomic compliance, operational efficiency, and best practices in data center handling and logistics
