CB F&B Business Manager ED Description The Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team is looking for a strategic, analytical and energetic team lead to support the Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) organization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity on our F&BM team ensuring senior management and business stakeholders across the Firm, have visibility into major initiatives, lending portfolios, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives. This role will lead a Stakeholder Engagement team that partners closely with senior Operations leaders and key partners across CB Finance, Business Management and Data & Analytics teams to enable effective end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities Business Management:

Serve as a strategic advisor to WLS and CB F&BM leadership, shaping and communicating business strategy, performance projections, and trends through executive-level presentations

Design monthly and quarterly business management and financial reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents

Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, operations teams, and product organizations to support business priorities and transformation initiatives

Analyze large amounts of data to create impactful analysis to assist in developing WLS strategy

Ability to take analysis and create executive level presentation using PitchPro+

Financials/Data Analytics:

Partner with WLS and CB F&BM team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses

Partner and support the build out and enhancement of capacity models across WLS functions and activities

Participate in the activity based costing process used to allocate expenses across LOB’s and downstream client profitability system

Ensure robust financial controls and data integrity to support strategic decision-making

Leadership and interpersonal skills:

Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across the organization

Foster a collaborative culture, building strong partnerships with peer team members and staff at all levels to achieve business goals

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, driving accountability, professional growth, and a culture of excellence

Exhibit superior communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data and initiatives to diverse audiences

Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, delivering successful outcomes under tight deadlines

Educational/Work Experience Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area with MBA preferred

Experience leading large, diverse teams and managing cross‑functional initiatives

15+ years of relevant experience in Business Management, Operations, or Consulting

Advanced presentation skills and ability to tell the story on initiatives

Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills

Self‑motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

Ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Attention to detail with logical thought process

Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast paced environment

Ability to interpret and present complex data

Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
