We are currently seeking a
Summer Sales Coordinator
who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. Coordinate short- and mid‑term housing/lodging for traveling technicians, sales teams, and project staff. Manage bookings, leases, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective accommodations. Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure housing (corporate apartments, extended-stay, hotels) based on schedule, budget, and safety standards. Negotiate rates and terms; manage preferred suppliers and escalate service issues. Oversee move‑in/move‑out timelines, utility setup, deposits, keys/badges, and compliance documentation. Track occupancy, nights stayed, costs, and incident reports; reconcile invoices and audit charges. Partner with Field Ops to forecast demand based on hiring/classes and project schedules. Maintain records for tax/legal considerations; coordinate with Legal/Compliance as needed. Requirements:
2+ years in housing/travel logistics, property management, or workforce mobility. Strong vendor negotiation, attention to detail, and Excel/Sheets proficiency. Clear, empathetic communication with traveling employees; problem-solving mindset. Benefits:
