will play a vital role in reinforcing the client's value proposition among existing customers in the region, further solidifying our position as the preferred security partner. Key Responsibilities
Develop a business plan for the area of responsibility that aligns with both short-range and long-range company objectives. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the
Middle East
market. Maintain a strong pipeline and foster good relationships with existing customers. Upsell new solutions to managed customers. Expedite the resolution of customer issues promptly. Conduct sales and revenue forecasting to ensure quarterly targets are met. Analyse sales records and trends in relation to objectives and competitive activities, and recommend necessary corrective actions. Skills and Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager at a B2B company, preferably in the telecom or cybersecurity domain. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the telecommunications sector. Expertise and strong relationships with MNOs and Telcos are essential. Experience in managing and developing channel partners. Demonstrated success in closing high-value, complex deals with a wide range of customers. Ability to autonomously close standard deals. Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills. Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in the telecom domain. Existing business relationships within the telecommunications industry, including Engineering Managers. Experience in Packet Core or VAS sales is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to develop new business relationships. Data-driven with a growth mindset. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent presentation and representation skills. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an MBA. Proficiency in English and Arabic. Location
