We have over 300 SCORE offices across the country and 10,000 volunteers offering free business mentoring and low- or no-cost workshops. The SCORE RI Chapter services Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. For over 50 years, SCORE's thousands of working and retired business professionals have volunteered to support the success of small business nationwide. guiding aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners to reach their goals. More than ever, small businesses are under significant revenue, financial and operational strain due to the pandemic. As they address these issues they often reach out to us for help in creating or building their e-commerce & social media presence. As a mentor or subject matter expert you will: Help clients evaluate their marketing and social media presence Help clients understand core social media principles and strategies Coach clients on how to get started or to enhance their social media and e-commerce presence, then develop a long-term plan Provide guidance on making the best operational choices and tradeoffs And more The ideal individual is knowledgeable and has experience in deploying and maintaining e-commerce or social media business platforms, is empathetic, flexible, and loves connecting with people.
