Badger Brothers Moving is one of the fastest growing companies in Wisconsin. As we continue to expand throughout the state, we're looking for high-quality people to grow with us by joining our Sales & Customer service team.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting moving estimates
Lead structured sales conversations using our proven call framework (we train you)
Ask strong questions, build value, present price confidently, and close
Follow up with unscheduled leads
Participate in regular call monitoring, reviews, and coaching sessions
Continuously improve by mastering the fundamentals of great sales calls
What qualities are we looking for

Competitive, but team-oriented: You want to win, while respecting standards, systems, and accountability.
Comfortable on the phone: You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.
