
Overview
The Grading Foreman oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with base & stone division to meet company production scheduled and quality specifications. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can lead with a firm yet considerate disposition. Job Responsibilities
Directly manages and leads the grading crew. Submits daily reports, including crew time and materials, to the Superintendent. Oversees and ensures the implementation of safety orientations, providing coaching for improvements. Responsible for daily safety meetings with topics applicable to the jobsite. Proficient in operating all types of heavy equipment such as motor graders and dozers. Possesses deep knowledge of grade including surveying and finish grading. Able to accurately read, understand, and interpret plans/blueprints and specifications. Performs other duties assigned. Skills Needed
Ability to operate a motor grader, skid steer, roller, etc; John Deere 622GP and/or CAT 120 Motor Grader. Must be comfortable with utilizing technology and softwares: iPad, iPhone, and computer. Available to work weekends (specifically Saturdays) Valid Driver\'s License. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits
